How to produce Golden Hire (fin of fugu) Sake
  • Dry fresh fins in the sun.
  • Broil the fin till browned a little with keeping some distance from strong frame.
  • Fill a cup with sake and kindle the sake with a match.
  • Enjoy with filling the sake little by little .
    (You can enjoy it about up to three cups.)
